OK, here's the basic idea: If you've got music and you want to do something
with it, then give me a call. If you're an unknown, starving musician in the
Chicago area like me, I can help you put your music into any state you want.
Here are the professional services I'm offering. If you need any of the stuff
listed below, just send me an e-mail:
If you need to get into a recording studio to put your music on tape, you're in the right place. I offer dirt-cheap, combat-style recording for tight budgets and tight timeframes. Check out the photo gallery of the Screaming Larch Recording Studio for pictures and gear lists. So, now you've got your songs mixed down and you're thinking about burning some CD's. Next step: mastering. I offer digital domain assembly, premastering, and mastering in both DAT and CD-R formats. Got questions, need answers? Just ask me. From microphone technique, to designing your own project studio, to TEF analysis, I probably know what you need to know. I can help you find the gear you need for your application, and I can help you learn how to use it for maximum effect. From cheap and fast digital photos for your album cover to professional studio portraits to make you look as good as you sound, we have it here! For digital or offset printing, I can get you ready. Don't settle for "canned" layouts slapped together by some cold, heartless, corporate graphic artist. Take control of your artwork, and make it look the way you want it to look. Cover booklets and tray inlays for CD jewel boxes. Covers and inserts for DVD or VHS boxes. Cassette J-cards. CD/DVD disc labels. If it needs a cover, I've got it covered for you. Why settle for a stack of ugly gig announcements bashed off a black-and-white Xerox at the nearest copy center? Get full-color announcements, fliers, three-fold brochures, mailers, tickets, invitations, whatever. You've worked hard to produce an image for your album. Keep that image consistent when you play the clubs. While you're at your gig, load up a table with posters, T-shirts, lapel pins, refrigerator magnets, etc., etc., etc. These are high mark-up, high profit items. Let me help you take advantage of that by making sure you get the best designs you can. However many copies of your CD's you want, it's OK with me. If you only need one CD-R burned, I won't turn you away as too small. Need 5000 copies of your disk? That's not too big. Just bring it on in! I can burn CD-R's for you in batches up to 100 units with minimum turn-around times. I can even print disc labels and do the "stomping" for you. Screen printing is available, too. Looking to keep short-run printing costs to a minimum? I can offer cheap, inkjet printing to you. Want it to look better and have the money to spend? I can get you professional digital or offset printing. You make the choice. If you've ever put the tray inlay cards and booklets into 100 CD jewel boxes, assembled the boxes, and put the CD's into the little trays, then you know how time consuming and labor intensive that is. Don't sweat it. Let me break my fingernails, sprain my thumbs, get paper cuts on my hands, and generally have a miserable time instead of you. I don't care. Jewel boxes, DVD boxes, VHS, cassette, merchandise, whatever. I just don't care. Shrink wrap is a passion of mine. I love shrink wrap! You should love shrink wrap, too (though maybe not to the sick level that I take it). It's the best way to put the professional-looking finishing touch on a package and help prevent product damage. It's cheap, too. Need just one blank CD-R. No problem. Need 250 jewel boxes? Also no problem. I sell supplies in just about any quantity you need. I have (or can get) virtually any kind of blank recording media you need. CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DAT, ADAT, cassette, VHS, reel-to-reel. Just name it, and I'll get my hands on in it in any reasonable quantity. I can get you boxes, too. Jewel boxes for one to four disc, slimlines, clamshells, DVD boxes, VHS boxes, cassette Norelco boxes, whatever. Don't forget about sending stuff in the mail! I've got cardboard mailers, cardboard boxes, bubble pack, sytrofoam peanuts, shipping labels, tape, string, the whole works. evan-wilson.com Home Page |
